From an idea to software in production, and kept running after launch.

A small studio led by a product manager. We scope the job, build it, ship it and support it. On a project you pay a fixed price per milestone, see working software every week, and the code is yours.

Found us on Upwork or Fiverr? Good. We keep the contract there.

  • If we met on a platform, the contract, the messages and every payment stay on that platform.
  • On an Upwork fixed-price contract, each milestone is held by Upwork until you accept it.
  • This page is here so you can open the products we built before you hire us.

Ways to work

We suggest starting with a small paid discovery, then a fixed-price project. These are the prices projects start from; you get an exact quote after discovery.

Start here

Discovery

$300–500 once

  • A written spec and the main user flows
  • A clickable prototype
  • A fixed quote and plan for the build
  • 3–5 days

For an idea that is not written down yet. The fee is credited to the build if you continue.

Recommended

Fixed-price project

from $1,500

  • A small tool or integration from $1,500
  • An MVP from $4,000 to $12,000
  • Paid in milestones: 30% / 40% / 30%
  • Servers, domains and accounts are in your name from the start; the code and repository are yours on the final payment
  • 30 days of free fixes after launch

For a clear scope and a fixed budget.

Flexible

Hourly

$35–40 /hour

  • Hours tracked and reported every week (on Upwork, in its work diary)
  • Stop at any time

For a product that already has a team and needs another pair of hands.

Ongoing

Monthly retainer

$1,500 / 40 hours

  • $2,800 for 80 hours
  • Planned with you at the start of each month
  • Unused hours do not roll over

For a live product that keeps growing.

After launch

Keep it running

from $250/month

  • Checked every minute; hosting, backups and updates
  • Fixes are priced before we start
  • Cancellable any month

For a live app, ours or one someone else built. It starts after a Production check. Keep it running details

An app you already have

Production check

$450 once

  • Security, data and deployment review
  • A written report with the fixes ranked
  • Report in two working days

For an app built fast that now has real users. Production check details

Packages, for example a Telegram Mini App

A fixed package for one common job. Anything else gets a fixed quote from the form below.

Basic

$150

A bot with up to 5 commands, answering from a sheet or a simple list.

3 days

Standard

$600

A Mini App with 3 screens, a database and an admin view, deployed for you.

7 days

Premium

$1,500

A full Mini App with payments in Telegram Stars, analytics, 2 languages and 30 days of support.

14 days

On a project, you own it. All of it.

Code and repository
Transferred to you on the final payment, with the full history.
Servers, domains and store accounts
Registered in your name from day one. We work inside them as guests.
Documentation
How to run it, how to deploy it, and what each part does, so any developer can take over.
NDA
Ask for one before you share the details, and we will go through it with you.
No lock-in
Support after launch is optional and month to month.

How a project runs

  1. Discovery

A spec, an estimate and a clickable prototype in 3–5 days.

  2. Milestones

The job split into paid stages, each with a fixed price.

  3. A demo every week

You see working software every week, not a percentage complete.

  4. Launch

Deployed to your servers, with backups set up.

  5. 30 days of fixes

Anything we built that breaks in the first 30 days is fixed free.

  6. Support

Optional: hosting, updates and changes, month to month.

What we have built

Our own products, so you can open each one today, and nothing here is under someone else's NDA.

MSGView msgview.app

Problem
People receive Outlook .msg, winmail.dat and signed .p7m files they cannot open without Outlook, and do not want to upload private mail to an unknown converter.
Solution
A viewer that reads 20 file types inside the browser tab. The server has no upload endpoint at all, so a file cannot leave the device.
Result
~1,300 people opened files in October 2026, almost all of them from Bing and ChatGPT, with no paid promotion. Clicks from Bing grew 4× in five weeks.
  • JavaScript
  • in-browser parsing
  • 14 languages
  • search

PubOpener pubopener.pro

Problem
Microsoft retired Publisher. Businesses still have years of .pub files and nothing that opens them.
Solution
A WebAssembly engine opens the files in the visitor's tab. A small Rust server handles licence keys and never sees a document.
Result
Live, with documents that never leave the visitor's device.
  • WebAssembly
  • Rust
  • licensing

SignalOps signalops.one

Problem
A manager has hundreds of messages across Slack, Jira and email and needs to know what actually needs them this week.
Solution
A SaaS that pulls the signals, follows each problem across runs, and writes one report with concerns, recommendations and the metrics to watch.
Result
A multi-tenant SaaS in production, with integrations, accounts, plans and an admin panel.
  • Next.js
  • Postgres
  • Slack · Jira
  • Claude API

Complevia complevia.fyi

Problem
Habit apps nag with a checkmark and lose the reminder you snoozed at 7:02.
Solution
An Android app and a Telegram Mini App on one account, with time windows, escalating reminders and server sync.
Result
Live as an Android app (a signed APK) and in Telegram, synced across both, in 21 languages.
  • Android
  • Telegram Mini App
  • sync
  • 21 languages

Who you talk to

You talk to Serhii Skrynnikov, a product delivery manager who plans every project and ships it. There is no account manager in between.

The development process is built on modern AI-assisted engineering, with tests and an independent review before any change reaches you. That is why a first version takes one or two weeks and costs less than an agency quote, and why we take only one or two projects at a time.

What we do not take on: Medical systems, building our own payment processing, native iOS apps, and anything that needs other people's personal data without a real need for it.

Questions clients ask first

Who owns the code?

On a project, you do, from the final payment, and servers, domains and accounts are in your name from the start. On our build-free subscription the code stays ours while you subscribe, and you can buy it out.

What if I am not happy with a milestone?

You do not accept it, and the payment for it stays with you or with the platform. We fix it against the agreed spec first.

How do we talk?

One chat, a written update after each working day, and a live demo every week. We answer within one working day.

Do you use AI to write code?

Yes, and every change is tested and reviewed before it reaches you. That is why a first version takes one or two weeks and costs less than a traditional agency quote.

How many projects do you take at once?

One or two. You talk to the person who plans and ships your project.

Can you work through Upwork or Fiverr?

Yes. If we met on a platform, the contract, the messages and every payment stay there. Please write to us on the platform rather than through the form below.

Tell us what you need

A written answer within one working day: what we would build, which way of working fits, a price and a date. Sending this commits you to nothing. Found us on Upwork or Fiverr? Message us there instead.
