Four things that run in production, each with a page on how it works and why it is built that way.

Everything below is live software with real users, not a portfolio of concepts. Each one started from a problem specific enough to describe in a sentence — an email format Outlook stopped opening, a Microsoft application being retired, a decision that vanished into a chat thread — and each is small enough that one person can hold the whole of it in their head.

Two of them are file tools that never receive your file: the parsing happens in your own browser, and the server has no endpoint an upload could reach. One reads a team's chat and produces the short document nobody has time to write. One is a game, and its interesting problem is an economy nobody can cheat and a currency nobody can mistake for money.

The pages below go into how each is actually built — the file formats, the trust boundaries, the decisions that turned out to matter. If something here resembles what you need, that is worth a conversation.

MSGView Opens the Outlook emails that Outlook itself will not open — without uploading them anywhere. msgview.app PubOpener Microsoft retired Publisher. The files did not retire with it. pubopener.pro SignalOps The thing a manager reads instead of scrolling. signalops.one ZALUPA Clicker A tap game where the coin is a score, the server decides everything, and the product says so out loud. zalupa.quest
