Why there is no build fee
We build with modern, AI-assisted tooling on a stack we already run for our own products, on our own servers. A first version that used to take a team months takes us a week or two, and that is the cost we are choosing not to charge you for.
What we earn from is the software being useful to you month after month — so the incentive is the right one: if it stops being worth the subscription, you leave.
Our own products have been running in production for months, used by people in many countries. You can open every one of them from the products page.
The terms, in plain words
- Your data is yours
- You can export all of it at any time, in an ordinary format. It is never shown or passed to any other business.
- The code stays ours while you subscribe
- You can buy it out at any time for the price of 12 monthly payments, and then it is yours to keep and run anywhere.
- Minimum term
- 6 months from the day the subscription starts, then month to month. Cancel and you get an export of your data.
- If other businesses want the same thing
- We may offer the general part of the software — never your data — to other firms. If they subscribe, you pay 30% less; if 3 or more do, you use it free.
- What we do not take on
- One-off jobs with no ongoing use, medical systems, payment processing, and anything that needs other people's personal data without a real need for it.

Why would you build it for free?
Because building it no longer costs us what it used to, and because the same software often helps other businesses in your trade. We earn from the subscription, not from the build.
What happens if I stop paying?
After the first 6 months you can cancel any month. You get an export of your data. If you want to keep running the software itself, you can buy the code out for 12 monthly payments.
Can it connect to what we already use?
Usually, yes — accounting software, email, calendars, spreadsheets and most tools with an export or an API. We tell you in the first answer what will and will not connect.
How many people can use it?
The subscription starts from $149 a month for a team of up to 3 people; each extra person is $29 a month.
Who will I talk to?
The person who builds and runs it. There is no account manager and no ticket queue between you.
